Before you Book
Minimum Stay: 3 nights (June–September and public holidays), 2 nights at other times.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in from 4.00pm, Check-out by 11.00am. Where possible, we are happy to offer flexibility with arrival and departure times. However, this will depend on the schedules of departing and arriving guests.
Visitors/Events: Parties, organised gatherings, or events or any kind involving more than six visitors in addition to the booked guests are not permitted without the owners' prior written consent.
Pets: Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 6 months before arrival will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 6 months of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival, the full booking cost is non-refundable.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover their stay.
